During his time at St Marys University Charlie developed a keen interest in strength training and nutrition in the field of sports performance, this lead to Charlie being given the role of Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 1st xv Rugby Team.

As well as Personal training at Bounce, Charlie has been given the role of S&C coach for a number of our Team sessions, AFC Wimbledon, Wimbledon RFC, and Reeds Tennis athletes.

Charlie takes Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting workshops on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
