Jemma is a BSc (Hons) Psychology and MSc Human Nutrition graduate who has previously worked as a Psychological Counsellor in Harley Street, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. 

She developed interest in nutrition after losing and maintaining almost 30kg of body weight through a sustainable diet and exercise. 

Jemma believes that each client is unique when it comes to adopting a healthy lifestyle and/or losing weight. She will work closely with you and her colleagues to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small.
