Phil is a professional sports rehabilitation practitioner, specialising in musculoskeletal injury assessment and management, overseeing exercise-based rehabilitation programmes and fitness development to a performance standard, helping the individual athletes/clients return to playing their sport.

 

Also a sports massage therapist, Phil has worked in London-based private injury clinics treating elite professional athletes - including rugby teams (South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and ACT Brumbies), international triathletes, football players, swimmers and gymnasts - as well as the general public.

 

In the build up to the Rugby World Cup 2015, Phil worked closely with the New Zealand (All Blacks), providing soft tissue massage pre and post training as well as match days. 

 

Phil has worked with other charitable events such as the London Marathon and Help for Heroes events. Outside of Bounce Phil plays professional rugby in the IPA Championship for Ealing Trailfinders and has represented England 7's.
