Prior to becoming a personal trainer, Tori became a professionally trained dancer and completed her BA in Theatre Dance. 

With an enthusiasm for training and exercise, she has since undertaken qualifications in the following areas:

  • Level 2 exercise to music
  • Level 2 water-based exercise
  • Les Mills BODYBALANCE presenter
  • Les Mills BODYSTEP instructor

As well as taking regular classes at Bounce (including Bounce Fit, Bounce HIIT and Bounce Women), Tori has a passion for helping pre and post natal clients; helping them continue and return to a healthy and active lifestyle.
