Tracey is our resident yoga instructor, specialising in the Ashtanga form. A welcoming and dedicated yogi, she runs classes throughout the week and ensures that every student gets the individual attention needed in order to get the most out of their practice.

 

With hand-balancing as one of her main interests, Tracey offers one-to-one sessions and frequently runs workshops at Bounce for members and non-members alike - sharing her knowledge and expertise to help others continuously improve.

 

Committed to her own practice, Tracey understands the importance of strength training and implements regular strength and conditioning sessions into her own weekly routine; allowing her to take her yoga to the next level whilst keeping herself injury-free.
