Bounce Performance Academy (BPA) offers young athletes (9-14yrs) a unique training experience, using systems and methodologies that are ordinarily only offered to elite athletes who perform at the highest level of sport.

Participants are exposed to cutting edge training methods that are proven to enhance athletic performance across a range of movement skills.

These honed skills are fundamental to succeeding across a range of sports.

Specialist coaches, who have completed the 3 phases of the world renowned EXOS athletes performance mentorship programme will work with participants over a five day period to improve their acceleration, turning speed, maximum speed, rotary and core strength along with upper and lower body explosive power.

Participants will be screened across each of the movement skills to form individual athletic profiles. Over the course of the programme, athletes will be taught the fundamental movement patterns and training methods that are critical to enhancing athletic performance.

Each athlete will leave with a full assessment detailing their fitness test scores, gains and future targets, along with a technical and performance assessment for each movement skill. Highlighted areas of improvement will be coupled with specialist guidance on how to improve further. 

BPA is coordinated and delivered by Performance Coach Phil Chesters and Strength and Conditioning Coach Saner Hasan.
