Lucy qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Birmingham in 2009 and comes from an experienced musculoskeletal and sporting background; previously working for Wales Hockey, Swansea City Football Academy and Rapha Condor Cycling.

Lucy has a passion for treating women both ante and postnatal; helping them continue to lead an active lifestyle. This enthusiasm for pelvic health led on to specialising in women's and men's health with a special interest in pelvic floor dysfunction and SIJ dysfunction. Other areas of speciality include:


Bowel and bladder incontinence, prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, post-natal body check, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain and pre/post-natal training.

Lucy is also a qualified acupuncturist and a member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP).
