We have 12 week programs for every goal; from lifestyle goals through to competitive sporting goals.
If it isn't listed we will create it for you and if you start one and don't like it, pick another... it's that easy!
All Bounce programs have entry level, choose from: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Professional Athlete

Option One - PT
* Choose a program or let us help you plan for your own specific goal
* Bounce will then send you your log in codes to access your weekly instalments of your 12 week program
* Email support to answer any questions about your 12 week program
* Weekly check-in's to discuss your progress or help overcome any difficulties
* Email support whenever you need it
£150 per month
A great option for those who are new to training and want extra help
to reach their goals or for the athlete who appreciates an expert on hand
Option Two - Programming

* Follow your program and enjoy your progress
