I graduated from university of Brighton with an MSc in Rehabilitation Science (Physiotherapy) in 2015. I had worked in the NHS 6 years before transitioning to the private sector. I specialised in treatment and management of orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation and general musculoskeletal conditions. This ranged from teenagers to adults across different types of operations such as ACL reconstructions, femoroacetabular impingement to reverse total shoulder replacements. I am skilled in manual techniques such as manual mobilisation, assisted and passive stretches and deep tissue massage, I also use acupuncture, hydrotherapy, exercise programming and one on one exercise sessions.

My approach to physiotherapy is to promote strength training rather than ‘rehabilitate’, I believe a strong foundation of strength can prevent a lot of injuries and reoccurrence of them. I strive to resolve the problem and to set up a strong base of physical fitness for my clients to reach further goals. I always strive to back my treatments and methods with the latest clinical evidence as this is vital for my clients to progress and be safe.

Prior to starting my physiotherapy career, I enjoyed playing rugby and football, this led me to completing my BSc Exercise and Sport Science in university of Exeter. Outside of work I now enjoy strength based training and casual bike rides. .
