Bounce women is a female only class run by our very own Wimbledon gym manager Sarah.

Sarah’s class is every Tuesday at 10am at our Wimbledon gym. Expect all the calorie burning benefits of a HIIT class as well as incorporating strength focussed sections all to the back drop of pumping tunes from the 80’s & 90’s!

Bounce women is a motivational, empowering and calorie burning class and also a great introduction to gym training in a safe and fun, female only environment
